Vegan Soy Rizo Tacos

I’ve just had this moment.

• grill half a tomato
• grill 1/4 of an onion
• cut two stems of fresh dill
• one clove of garlic
• 1/2 of soyrizo
• And now what I did:
• grill soyrizo first for a minute
• then add the veggies since they brown a lot faster than the soyrizo
• once the soyrizo is brown move the pan and begin warming tortillas!
• this makes 2 tacos
• add slices of avocado as a topping :D

This smells AMAZING when you’re cooking it! You’ll be the envy of the entire neighborhood.
