I’ve just had this moment.
- grill half a tomato
- grill 1/4 of an onion
- cut two stems of fresh dill
- one clove of garlic
- 1/2 of soyrizo
- And now what I did:
- grill soyrizo first for a minute
- then add the veggies since they brown a lot faster than the soyrizo
- once the soyrizo is brown move the pan and begin warming tortillas!
- this makes 2 tacos
- add slices of avocado as a topping :D
This smells AMAZING when you’re cooking it! You’ll be the envy of the entire neighborhood.
